Delete your GlowMatch account

You can delete your account and your data at any time. Here is how, and what happens.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open GlowMatch and go to Profile.
2. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

This takes effect straight away.

What is deleted

• Your photos and the AI images created from them
• Your saved looks, preferences and consent records
• Your account details (your account is anonymised)
• Your usage analytics history, where we hold it

We keep purchase and credit records where the law requires us to keep financial records. They are no longer linked to you by name. See section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

If you can’t open the app

Email support@glowmatch.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my GlowMatch account”. We will confirm and carry it out within one month.
