By creating an account or using GlowMatch, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 16 years old to use GlowMatch. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Each account is for one individual person — please don’t share your login.

GlowMatch uses AI to suggest makeup and hair looks and to create images of a look on you, and offers a Glow Score with cosmetic attributes (Brightness, Texture, Hydration, Evenness). Results are created automatically, may be inaccurate, and may not match how a look will turn out in real life. They are for cosmetic and informational purposes only — not medical, dermatological or diagnostic advice, and not a substitute for a qualified professional.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and of the AI images created from them for you. You give us a limited licence to store and process them, including by sending them to our AI provider, solely to provide the Service to you and only where you have agreed (see our Privacy Policy). Only upload photos of yourself.

You agree not to: upload photos of anyone without their consent; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or its recommendation data; or interfere with other users' use of the Service.

Creating AI images uses credits. Credits can be bought in packs or come with a paid plan (Glow+ or Glow Pro). Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. A credit is used only when an image is successfully created. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by the app store you bought through (Apple App Store or Google Play), under their rules.

Salon discovery and booking features, where available, are provided by independent third-party salons. GlowMatch is not responsible for the quality of services provided by salons you book through the app; any dispute is between you and the salon.

The GlowMatch app, its design, recommendation content, and branding are owned by Nexora Labs LTD and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content without permission.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexora Labs LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you use GlowMatch as a consumer, you also keep any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use GlowMatch after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
